Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for incoming calls and on-site visitors; relay information to the right team.
• Handle customer complaints from intake to resolution; log interactions in CRM.
• Perform routine tasks like documenting warranty info and maintaining CRM records.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer service process and support best practices.
