Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, assisting customers at and around our U-Haul center, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals. The role offers on-the-job education, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement.

A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required to qualify for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
