Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, motivated team. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and manage rentals.

This role offers on-the-job education, potential interviews, and bonuses tied to performance. A valid license and ability to drive are required, with opportunities for advancement within U-Haul.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to use up-to-date technology to dispatch and manage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
