Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will help customers, process rentals, and assist with equipment inspection and setup at our locations.

You will use U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory, perform equipment hookups, and provide helpful product information. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are minimum requirements, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and answer questions.
