Job summary

U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated people for the position of Customer Service Representative. You will be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, helping customers by inspecting and maintaining equipment and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return gear.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and assist customers with questions.
