Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers with rentals, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage inventory.

This role offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement. The position requires a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
