U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the face of our service culture, assisting customers with products and services, managing rentals with U-Scan, moving and hooking up trucks, and ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use.

The role includes on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and eligibility for various benefits and bonuses. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and drive a forklift (certification offered).
