Prado’s Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly organized Remote Customer Support & Scheduling Specialist to support our daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role coordinates service appointments, responds to customer inquiries, maintains accurate records, and communicates with our service teams. Training is provided; plumbing and HVAC industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration roles.
• Familiarity with hospitality or call center environments is a plus.
