Aire Serv of Knoxville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a dynamic team delivering exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily activities while contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

The role requires admin experience, strong communication, data entry precision, and familiarity with Service Titan and MS Office. On-site position with a team-driven environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of admin experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with data entry.
• At least 1 year of Service Titan experience; HVAC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Assigning daily work/calls to other team members.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
