Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework recommended.
• 2–4 years of office experience handling customer inquiries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (1+ year).
• Clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license required; overtime and weekend hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers, and assists with inquiries.
• Provides customer service relating to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
• Processes credit card transactions, service plans, refunds, and scheduling.
• Performs data entry via emails, texts, and other tools to route resources.
• Addresses customer claims and complaints per consumer laws and company policy.
• Maintains good customer relations and supports location initiatives.
