Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temp to Hire)

We are hiring Temp to Hire Customer Service Representatives for our client in Denver. These remote positions require local residency for equipment pickup. The role involves working in a remote call center environment, handling inbound calls, follow-ups, answering questions, and resolving customer issues.

Compensation and Schedule
  • During Training: $21.63/hr
  • After Training: $22.66/hr

Training Schedule: First 12 Weeks, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 11:30 AM–9:30 PM (schedule may fluctuate). Post-training: Set schedule with occasional adjustments based on call volume, with notice provided. Weekend availability is required.

Work Hours

Shifts vary from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM MT, Monday–Sunday, with two days off during the week.
