Remote Customer Support Representative – Positions for both Experienced & Entry Level Applicants!

Experience is valued but not required! Some of our most successful Specialists joined as trainees with no prior experience, coming from backgrounds like retail, servers, auto dealer account reps, or other customer-facing roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create estimates, quotes, and invoices for glass needs
• Answer and return phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure accuracy when booking appointments
• Input documentation and follow-up as needed
• Confirm customer information before booking
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements for all Sales Support Specialists:

• Sales background for experienced pay scale
• Positive attitude and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Prior call center experience is a plus
• Home internet required
• Availability including holidays and weekends

Position Location: North Carolina
