Job summary

Assured Security seeks a customer-focused Account Representative to handle inbound calls, build customer relationships, and assist with new work orders in Bloomington, MN. You will support Account Managers and participate in outbound efforts to grow our customer base.

Strong communication, reliability, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience in customer service and a willingness to train in security services are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years handling incoming phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer 30 incoming calls per day and assist customers with requests.
• Enter new work orders and maintain accurate ticket details for field technicians.
• Advocate for customers and respond promptly to questions and proposals.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and promote additional services.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and provide administrative support.
