Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Seattle is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and support daily center operations. The role focuses on delivering friendly, solution-focused service to fans and clients.

You will learn to prepare estimates, coordinate timely deliveries, and participate in daily team meetings while building long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Great listening and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Enjoy daily team meetings, and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Work with customers primarily via email and telephone, and occasionally in-person.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
