Job summary

FASTSIGNS Kent is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative for a part-time, on-site role. You’ll welcome walk-in, phone, and email customers and help them find sign solutions, supporting the sales process from inquiry to completion.

We’ll train you on estimates, products, and systems. This is a Monday–Friday, approx. 30 hours/week position with a collaborative, fun team environment and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in, phone, and email customers.

• Prepare estimates and accurate work orders.
• Manage multiple customer projects and communications.
• Use Google Workspace to communicate, organize, and keep projects moving.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams.
• Build positive relationships with local businesses and organizations.
