Job summary

Southern Air of Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Customer Support team in person. The role offers uncapped pay potential with comprehensive benefits and a stated pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications include 1–5 years in call center or customer support, valid driver's license, and familiarity with MS Office; Service Titan experience is a plus. Relocation not required for local candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
