Job summary

Premium Audio Company is seeking a Processing Specialist I to provide transactional and administrative support for Customer Service/Product Support. You will handle inquiries, enter orders, process warranties, and maintain accurate data following established procedures.

Experience in customer service or administrative support and proficiency with Microsoft Office are valued as you help resolve basic shipping issues and assist with guided online transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical demands: Sit or remain stationary for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text messaging using scripts and procedures.
• Collect required customer and order information and update cases in the support system.
• Enter and process warranty and non-warranty orders per procedures.
• Set up and process warranty exchanges under defined guidelines.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and discrepancies.
• Assist customers with website sales inquiries and guided transaction support.
• Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
