Monte Package Company (a Bunzl company) is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riverside, MI. This role supports customers, coordinates daily office activities, and ensures orders and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and requests accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
• Support general office operations and administrative functions
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
