Bunzl Riverside, MI is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support our customers, coordinate daily office activities, and ensure orders and requests are handled accurately. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Support general office operations and administrative functions.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
