Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day admin support for sales and act as liaison with field sales, territory sales and internal operations.
• Process spot contracts, Wheat Flour orders, and Seeds & Grains orders promptly and coordinate delivery dates.
• Support existing contracts, maintain contract balances, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with Customer and Sales Support Manager to inform teams of order developments.
• Notify customers of changes in product, volume or delivery schedules.
• Create and manage CERTs, returns and rebills for customers.
• Ensure shipping feasibility and follow up on product availability, shortages and invoicing.
