Job summary

Belstra Milling Company is seeking a self-motivated, reliable customer service/order entry specialist to join our team in Kentucky. You will handle customer orders, answer inquiries, provide quotes, enter orders, print feed tags, and coordinate with fulfillment and production to keep shipments on track.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and multitasking skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or certificate preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Agriculture background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders through multiple channels.
• Promptly respond to phone calls and emails about orders and quotes.
• Address customer issues and inconveniences as needed.
• Enter orders into Feed Mill Manager and coordinate with the delivery board.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all duties.
• Assist the customer service team and escalate complex issues.
• Provide freight quotes and communicate order status to customers.
