Job summary

You will guide inquiries from initial contact through resolution, document interactions in Salesforce, and provide timely updates to ensure satisfaction and efficient case closure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling customer concerns through to resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and dealership teams; drive issues toward resolution.
• Respond to customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach.
• Document interactions, case details, and outcomes in Salesforce; track trends.
• Coordinate with dealership leadership, legal counsel, and internal departments to finalize resolutions.
• Monitor open cases to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
