Richardson in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a Customer Support specialist to join our team and deliver championship-level service to authorized dealers and distributors across our sales divisions. You will build strong relationships, process orders, communicate delivery timelines, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure accounts receive exceptional service.

Applicants should have strong communication and at least one year in customer service, with MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication to connect with customers.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Experience as an Account Manager or similar role focused on client relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong computer/keyboard skills.
• College degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with accounts by providing exceptional service.
• Process stock and custom purchase orders from dealers and distributors across our three sales divisions.
• Communicate effectively with accounts about product information, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Richardson’s product lineup and services.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and sales managers to ensure accounts receive excellent service.
• Assist customers in resolving issues while maintaining a positive relationship.
