Job summary

Driveway Finance Corporation, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, seeks a Customer Service Representative I to handle inbound calls and provide excellent service. You will capture data accurately and support loan processing systems while reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Location is Tigard, OR with a $21/hr compensation and shifts from early morning to evening. Prior call center experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone customer service preferred.
• Ability to input data accurately into multiple software systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls in a call center environment.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
• Prepare documents to fulfill customer requests.
• Educate customers on account terms and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data in systems.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to Collections as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
