Job summary

Glass Doctor of Minot is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative/Technician to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional support and light glass technician services in a busy shop.

You will manage calls, emails, and chats, perform data entry, handle payments securely, and assist with automotive glass repair and glass cutting, while keeping the shop organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Desirable experience in call center or customer support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Document interactions and service requests in company systems.
• Handle payments and cash transactions securely when needed.
• Follow up on service requests and upsell relevant products/services.
• Assist in shop with automotive glass repair/replacement and glass cutting.
• Maintain clean, organized shop and office spaces.
