Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be a key member representing Glass Doctor on sales and support calls, proactively generating sales and handling service requests and customer complaints.

This role requires self-motivation, energy, and a results-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective issue management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheets.
• Ability to navigate tablet-based technology; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.
• Perform other duties as needed including cross-training in related positions.
