• Assesses customer needs for additional products or services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and educates customers about products and services.
• Documents calls in the computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in the computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in the computerized records.
