Job summary

Lincare is seeking a qualified customer communications specialist to answer questions, resolve problems, determine ongoing and additional product or service needs, and support compliance with physician directions.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, educate on products and services, document calls in the system, enter orders, and verify demographic information to keep records accurate.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Help with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls, including automated dialer.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
