LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA looking to bring on a motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join a dynamic Customer Success team. This is an ongoing temporary assignment that will begin asap.

In this role, you won’t just answer questions—you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure they receive timely solutions, clear communication, and a consistently high-quality experience. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to support a portfolio of valued customers.

• Onsite 5 days a week in Falls Church, VA
• Pay: $21- $24/hour
• Ongoing temporary opportunity with strong potential for long-term fit
• Screening: Background check, drug screening, employment verification, and education verification required upon offer

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a daily point of contact for assigned customers
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
