Johnny's Selected Seeds is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish/English) to join our onsite team in Fairfield, ME. You will help farmers, gardeners, and growers across North America through phone, email, chat, and other channels, delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, product knowledge, order entry, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work across multiple computer systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM is a plus; agriculture knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish/English)

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Wage: $18.54/hour

Bilingual Differential: Additional $1.00/hour

Shift differentials and performance-based bonuses available

Full-time, onsite in Fairfield, ME

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in both English and Spanish through phone, email, chat, and other channels
• Enter orders and assist with product recommendations, account updates, order status, and catalog requests
• Participate in outbound customer outreach and sales campaigns
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Deliver a positive customer experience with a focus on first-contact resolution

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working across multiple computer systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for most of the workday
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks as needed
