Johnny's Selected Seeds is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to assist customers in English and Spanish across phone, email, chat, and other channels. This onsite role in Fairfield, ME supports farmers, gardeners, and growers across North America, delivering exceptional service.

We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, has strong communication skills, and can navigate multiple computer systems to process orders, provide product recommendations, and update accounts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in customer service or related roles.
• Comfortable working across multiple computer systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in English and Spanish through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Enter orders and assist with product recommendations, account updates, order status, and catalog requests.
• Participate in outbound customer outreach and sales campaigns.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver a positive customer experience with a focus on first-contact resolution.

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Wage: $18.54/hour
• Bilingual Differential: Additional $1.00/hour

Shift differentials and performance-based bonuses availableFull-time, onsite in Fairfield, ME
Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in both English and Spanish through phone, email, chat, and other channels
• Enter orders and assist with product recommendations, account updates, order status, and catalog requests

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working across multiple computer systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, agriculture, farming, gardening, or horticulture is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for most of the workday
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks as needed
