BioHorizons seeks a Customer Advocate and Technical Product Expert to be the focal point for order taking and processing, ensuring prompt, courteous, and high-quality service for internal and external customers. The role requires maintaining knowledge of our product line and any changes to ensure accurate execution of responsibilities.

The position emphasizes delivering technical assistance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with sales to ensure timely shipments and precise accounting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Care or related experience.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders via phone, email, BioHorizons online store, VSR orders, EDI and fax.
• Develop knowledge of all products and how they work.
• Communicate with customers to determine components needed for case completion.
