BioHorizons in Hoover, AL is seeking a Customer Advocate and Technical Product Expert to serve as the focal point for order taking and processing, ensuring prompt, courteous, and quality service to clinicians, staff, and patients.

This role combines product knowledge with practical troubleshooting, handles orders via phone, email, online store and EDI, coordinates with operations to ensure on-time shipments, and maintains accurate customer records in line with Finance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Care or related experience.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills required.
• Previous experience as a dental hygienist or dental assistant preferred.
• Requires vaccination against Hepatitis B or signed declination form.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, e-mail, BioHorizons online store, VSR orders from sales team, EDI and fax.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all products and how they work.
• Communicate with customers, clinicians and staff to determine components needed for case completion.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for BioHorizons product lines.
