Job summary

Medical Murray is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to be the voice of the customer and the bridge to production. The role focuses on sales order entry, customer communications, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage orders in the ERP system, and partner with internal teams to turn customer needs into successful production outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems for order entry; BOMs knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with the Quality Management System and SOPs within the Training Matrix.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries and requests.
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver timely, effective solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system per established procedures.
• Coordinate with operations to obtain delivery dates and communicate them to customers.
• Release work orders to production to support internal and external orders.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow through to closure.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries as needed.
• Support other administrative or customer-related activities.
