Job summary

Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist to join our team at the Stevens Point, WI corporate office. This role goes beyond typical customer service, working one-on-one with customers in a fast-paced environment to provide training and solutions while collaborating with the team. Travel up to 25% is required.

You will develop implementation plans for new customers and ensure ongoing success for current customers, delivering exceptional service and effective product guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A two or four-year degree or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge and abilities will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to the ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the willingness to do what is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers through voice, electronic means, and in-person to gather information and evaluate the software functionality.
