JBT Marel is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Alpharetta to serve as the main customer contact, handling inquiries and requests from initial contact through fulfillment. You will promote service solutions and spare parts while coordinating with CCM, Field Service Manager, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires excellent communication, customer focus, and ERP/CRM familiarity, with the ability to manage proposals, quotations, and service events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer contact for inquiries and requests.
• Promote service solutions and spare parts for customers.
• Coordinate with CCM, Field Service Manager, and others to fulfill requests.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and service events.
• Process quotations and order confirmations from customers.
• Manage customer expectations and data in the system.
• Direct requests to appropriate functions (TSE or SPC).
