Based on a full-time, on-site role in Atlanta, GA, the position emphasizes strong customer service, accurate parts recommendations, and coordination with service and sales teams to support efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or parts-related training is an advantage.
• Experience in inventory management within parts, retail, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and service technicians with identifying, sourcing, and ordering JCB parts in person, by phone, or email.
• Manage parts inquiries and provide accurate parts recommendations.
• Maintain and organize parts inventory; process orders and returns; ensure timely fulfillment.
• Update inventory records and coordinate with service and sales teams to support department efficiency.
