LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist in Atlanta, GA to promote sales of automotive parts, service customers, and support various transactions. This role emphasizes strong communication and problem solving within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include providing product and pricing information, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when requested part is not available.
• Process orders – enter orders, verify handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
