Parts Town is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, assist with pricing, quotes, part identification, shipping, tracking and returns, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to exceed expectations.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficient MS Office usage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or phone-based customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Strong computer skills and internet connectivity at home.
• English proficiency in written and verbal communication; bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités
