Job summary

Revance is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Nashville to ensure the best experience for customers. Working with sales, you will prepare sale intake documents, set up accounts, place orders, and answer inquiries in a professional, proactive manner, acting as an advocate for customers and the Revance brand.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years’ experience in a call center/inside sales role.
• Strong communication skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison by managing calls, emails or live chat support.
• Ensure the best experience across channels and collaborate with sales.
• Take ownership of account interactions from start to finish.
• Respond thoughtfully to requests including orders, pricing, and billing inquiries.
• Contribute to team success by achieving goals.
