Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a service-related field, preferably call center.
• Must demonstrate a 'Happy to Help' attitude.
• Ability to retain large amounts of information quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage mostly inbound calls for current and potential customers.
• Answer questions about products and services.
• Verify and update customer account information as necessary.
