Revance is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customers achieve success. You will work with sales to set up accounts, answer inquiries, process orders, and advocate for customers while delivering a premium, brand-aligned experience.
Based in Nashville with a hybrid schedule, you will handle calls, emails, and live chat, owning each account interaction end-to-end and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for the success of our customers. This demanding role requires a unique skillset. Working with a sales professional, you will assist in preparing sale intake documents, setting up accounts, placing orders, and answering customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. You will act as an advocate for our customers and a champion for our brand. Your job ensures our customers have the best experience possible.
Reporting to: Supervisor, Contact Center
Location: Hybrid in Nashville TN; remote from all other locations (CST and MST preferred; EST considered)
Shifts: 8:00am-4:30pm EST; 8:30am-5:00pm PST
Pay Rate: $26.50/hour + annual performance bonus
