Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Exposure to inventory and planning processes
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Travel – less than 10%

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders, including order entry, acknowledgment, part setup, and pricing verification
• Manage customer accounts and handle communications via phone and email
• Responsible for pre-sales and new business opportunities, managing RFQs
• Adapt and provide support for additional accounts as needed
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Enter purchase order requisitions
• Report and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain organized files
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Perform other assigned duties as needed
