Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our customers in North America. This role handles order entry, pricing verification, account management and inquiries by phone and email, ensuring a smooth, responsive experience at every interaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–3 years of customer service experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Occasional travel is expected; familiarity with Oracle P.O.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers. This position involves actively addressing inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and fostering a positive customer experience at every interaction.

• Exposure to inventory and planning processes.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Working knowledge of AS400 is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in handling customer interactions via telephone and email.
• Highly organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong math skills.
