Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Boston team on a hybrid schedule. The role pays $23/hr and starts with two weeks onsite training, averaging 3 onsite days per week after that period.

The successful candidate will support dealer customers via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product and sales teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. This Customer Success Specialist position offers $23/hr and is based in Boston with a hybrid schedule averaging 3 onsite days per week after an initial two-week onsite training period. The role is with a digital automotive technology company focused on supporting dealer customers through technical troubleshooting, customer service, and operational support. The assignment is expected to last 3+ months with potential for extension or conversion. Standard hours transition from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM onsite for the first two weeks to a fixed 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule thereafter.
