A growing, family-oriented company is seeking a Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Prepare quotes and ensure orders move through the process accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on track
• Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve issues before they become problems
• Maintain strong client relationships and support retention efforts
• Track account activity and provide updates as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of customer success, account management, client services, or related experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Printing industry experience is a plus but not required
