Responsibilities
Position Summary

The Customer Success Specialist I supports Concentra's Operations, Sales, and Billing teams by maintaining existing accounts and managing suspense transactions/revenue in our proprietary database, ensuring data integrity.

The Details
  • Complete daily update cases for existing accounts and resolve suspense issues, meeting production and quality standards.
  • Input and validate data in our proprietary system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and retrieve missing data points to ensure data quality.
  • Process account updates according to state-specific guidelines and SOPs.
  • Verify accounts via email with customers, complying with setup requirements.
  • Build relationships with Operations, Sales, and Billing departments.
  • Coordinate with Information Systems for technical issues beyond internal troubleshooting.
  • Note: Duties may evolve over time and are not exhaustive.
Qualifications
Education & Credentials
  • High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum six months of data entry experience across multiple systems/applications.
Skills & Competencies
  • Customer service mindset, attention to detail, urgency, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Problem-solving using logical analysis.
  • Technologically adept and quick to learn new systems.
