Job description

We are looking to hire a customer success specialist.

What's the Job?

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Answering pre-purchase questions for potential buyers looking to purchase mining hardware
  2. Assisting customers in deciding the best mining hardware for their scenario
  3. Helping customers with setup and troubleshooting with their miners
  4. Handling post-purchase issues such as returns and refunds
  5. Creating custom invoices for bulk buyers
  6. Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complaints and inquiries
  7. Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
  8. Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  9. Creating detailed Frequently Asked Questions with product listings
  10. Developing product guides, setup, and troubleshooting instructions in text and video formats

Although we are located in the US, the position is available to applicants worldwide.

Who you are?
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Bitcoin mining
  • Familiarity with Antminer, Whatsminer, and Bitmain hardware
  • Ability to read and understand firmware UI and device logs for troubleshooting
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer-service oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
  • Basic video editing and web publishing skills
  • Social media marketing skills
  • Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce
  • Experience with customer support software like Tidio or Zendesk
