Senior Client Success Specialist - Property Management

The Sr Client Success Specialist is responsible for providing expert program guidance to clients and tenants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Review residents' third-party insurance policies to determine compliance with the client's requirements for opting out of the damage waiver program.
  2. Connect with clients regarding penetration decreases.
  3. Implement new properties for existing clients.
  4. Provide customer service to clients and residents.
Qualifications
Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Two (2) or more years of relevant experience

Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
