We are currently hiring a Customer Success Specialist, an entry-level role supporting our customers to ensure they have a positive experience, fostering retention and growth within their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to resolve requests and complaints
• Proactively enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
• Support renewal and expansion efforts by minimizing churn and increasing user adoption
• Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, measured by retention, health scores, and NPS

Skills and Qualifications:

• Passion for customer service and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in education or related fields is preferred
• High computer literacy and quick learner of new software

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
